The problem is for some reasons I have to refresh the rewrite rules every times an administration page is loaded. As a first solution I will try again to limit it (at least I can limit the number of times the rules are updated after a modification of my plugin's options). What do you mean by corrupted ? Is the .htaccess really unreadable or what is his new content ? Maybe you just have custom rules in the #Wordpress section and they are removed by Wordpress. Maybe your host is just unhappy when you edit your .htaccess too much in a few minutes. I will also reply by mail so you can send me an attachment if needed.
